Question of the Day: What do you think are the long term effect of wearing ear-buds and listening to music constantly? What can you do to help prevent any negative effects?
The long term effects are going death or not being able to hear low sounds. We can prevent this by not getting those headphones that fit exactly in your ear.

Question of the Day: Watch the video and answer the question. Do you think what the girls are doing is just a harmless joke or very cruel? What would you do if you saw someone being made fun of online? Would you say something to the person or persons doing this? What would you do if they asked you to help them? Write a detailed response of at least one paragraph.
I would most definatly say something to who ever is bullying someone in person or on the computer. Its not funny to do something like that just because you think its cool and you"ll get all the attention. Those girls were wrong for what they were doing. Those were not harmless jokes, and for that man to participate in it and call somebody that he never even seen before ugly was wrong of him. He should of stoped those girls instead of clinging along with them. If I was asked to help I wouldn't, I would of told them to get out of my face and give them a piece of mind about it and then tell the manager of the store to kick them out. Its just not funny or nice to pick on someone because you never know what they might do to you or themselves and then what ever they do your responsible for it. The consequences can be harsh.
Question of the Day: Tablets that take orders, entertain guests and accept check payments are coming to a table near you. What do you think are the pros and cons of using tablets at restaurants and other retail stores? How do you think this will affect you both as a patron and a worker?
The pros are that it would be faster but the cons is that if a person have a question about the entree that they are ordering the tablets wont be able to answer it.

Question of the Day: If you were the Principal, what would you do with students that wear clothes that violate the dress code policy? Should there be exceptions to the rule? What do you think would be a fair dress code?
I would do the same thing that the principal at this school do, send them straight home. If they come another day and violate the rules then I'm going to have to give them ISS. Then the third time I will have to call for a parents conference.

I would give them a warning the first time and then the second time I would give them detention and then the last time I would have a meeting with their parents about whats going on.

Question of the Day: Robots are being used at the damaged Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant in Japan. What do you think might be the potential pros and cons of using robots instead of humans in environments that are hazardous to human? How do you think that humans who currently work in these environments might react to robotic workers?
Humans may think that robots are taking their potential jobs in the future. It would cause a controversy between robots and humans.

Question of the Day: Robots are being used at the damaged Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant in Japan. What other uses can you think of where robots might be placed in environments that would be hazardous to humans?
I really can't answer this question because I don't know other hazardous places.
